Incorporation - CSC prepares and files the documents required to form a corporation - checking the name for availability, and recording and publishing when necessary.

Qualification - CSC prepares and files the documents necessary to register a corporation to do business in states other than the domestic state. Services include obtaining and filing the supporting documents from the domestic state, checking the name for availability, and recording and publishing when necessary.
